Will Steam follow with same foot steps anytime soon?
EA adjusting their policy because of local law and a court case against Valve not too long ago?
Doesn't seem like they're doing this out of the kindness of their hearts.
Though they are trying to improve. Which Valve is making a lot easier on them by the recent missers they've been kicking out.

I personally don't like Steam too much. They have been going down hill over the past year. And their no-refund policy is crap. I have 3-6 Games in my library that I would like to get money refunded on. I mean, can we at least turn it into a gift?

They NEED to do that to even have a small % of the market they manage to hold.

Well Steam has offered refunds on a couple games lately due to launch issues I believe. The most recent being GTA 5. Only lasted a few days (or less) but I guess thats more so a publisher offered refund.
I'm not sure I'd ever used the refund option tbh. If the game was complete shit I'd assume its either going to get removed soon and I would keep it to collect it.

Looks like EA is trying to stay on good course with its customers.
