Hey guys, i have some problems in Nexuiz Giveaways

Since Nexuiz was Free Weekend i cant enter in any Nexuiz's Giveaway. Every one gives me a message : Exist in your Account.
but i dont have it =(

I tried to resync but nothing works :(

Please,help me. i want this game :(

You could buy it if you wanted it so much but the metascore is really low anyway.

Same happens for me. I got a guest pass for Red orchastra 2 and it doesnt let me enter RO2 give aways, even though my guest was expired like a month ago...

Edit: I've contacted support ages ago, and still no comments...

It's an age old problem. Valve changed how guest passes and free weekends work so you know "own" the games. We're working on a fix, but it's low priority.
