The former is only for approximate guidance, the last is an instant boot reason.
• You create "fake" region restricted GAs.

First of all: not every public SG user is visiting the discussions section. In fact, only a small percentage of all is. Many of those who visit do not speek English well enough to even understand what you want. Yet you are sitting on your high horse judging everybody and doing whitelist only giveaways while entering everything. I would approve your behaviour if you would consquently only enter the whitelist giveaways of people you're having on your whitelist.

If you can bend rules for your own statistics, how come you can even judge other people on same stats. "Doesn't show blue heart, nothing you say or did happened", because you look at it the same way with people's statistics.

you summed up my stats, but how can you be sure they are real stats? If I sum up your stats there won't be any whitelist wins on your account, only wins from public giveaways.

"0 entries" are results of forbidding someone to enter if they didn't contribute enough, people don't want to entry giveaways so they won't mess with their strict contribution rules. That + it isn't sometimes worth for people to sacrifice their own contributions for this game. Just check rules of the GiveawayOutcasts steam group for example and you'll see.

Don't tell me that you only enter games based on people from your whitelist, that is pure nonsense and it is backwards. You enter games based on games and then you possibly whitelist SOME of those people. You are trying to justify it. According to your "leech free" system I'm the "leech", even tho many people would think otherwise. Small closed groups = whitelist and this means you don't follow your own system along with demand of "Whitelist me back!". It can be perceived as that if people won't give YOU better chances, they would be labelled "leech".

@ NateSCC - CapnJ is saying you entered public giveaways and are still entering public giveaways, even if you are adding them to your whitelist. You are entering every public giveaway you see are you not? That by your own definition makes you a leech since you mentioned one of the criteria for that as, "For the most only creates "invite only / private GAs" and yet still partakes in public GAs". Your whitelist could be considered exclusive/private giveaway since they have only what 600? out of few hundred thousand SG users.
Now I hope you understood what he is trying to get at and can stop this argument.

So where is the problem? And with 0 entries giveaways, you clearly weren't in any group with inner "leech" balance system or you would know why. I told you my opinions aren't same as yours, but at least I'm less hypocrite than you are, I don't call people "leechers" based on "to what 'charity' they'll give money". I'm just telling you that there is basically no difference between small closed group and whitelist when it comes to your "leech free" campaign. :D

What is a leech?
To ME it's someone who..
• Makes (zero / only one) giveaway and then leeches without ever giving back.
• For the most only creates "invite only / private GAs" and yet still partakes in public GAs
(i.e they can win from all but no one (from public) can win from them.)
• Creates GAs out of the free games from sites like Indiegala / Facebook etc..
• Has been on the site since day one (3 years?) and only managed to create a one, if not zero GAs
but have won 100 times and have a Steam library of 500+ games.. You know the type, right?
What I look at when deciding to whitelist:
• "% Invite" (% of Invite Only)
• "% Private" (i.e. Small Closed Groups)
• "% Created / Won" (i.e. Win Ratio in %)
• "% Region" (i.e. % of Region Restrictions)
• "Time since last GA was created"
Something I wish I could see:
• Length of time on completed giveaways (one world does not equal one time zone, please keep this in mind when creating giveaways.)
• When "Invite only" are for forum trains and thus open for all.
