yeah if you whitelist me don't expect me to do a lot of giveaways i don't have an income and most of the games i put up are from where i've sold inventory items in exchange for games :P but i'm going to whitelist you

I completely disagree with your "definition" of a leech. Majority "invite only" games come from puzzles and trains, they are actively trying to participate in the community, they should be praised not branded as a "leech". Also, you are offering "whitelist for whitelist", making it even more inclusive and you've increased your chances of getting a game incredibly from whitelist only giveaways of the 600+ other people you've whitelisted.
I'm all for whitelisting and I appreciate the sentiment of being "Anti-leech" but this feels like thinly veiled "add me to your whitelist and lets become exclusive" rather than "lets all join in together and be inclusive".
The definition of a leech is simple in my eyes, if someone wins a significant amount more than they have given under any circumstances, they're a leech. Even so, I'd only classify them as leeching if they've won 20-30 more than they've given. Sometimes even that is subjective, if you've given 2,000 games but won 2,030 its not like you are here to take take take, you've given away 2,000 games. I can forgive the 30 deficit.

A question, if I may ask.
How do you check how much % a user has given to private groups, how much % a user has given to region restricted games, etc., do you do it manually or is there any scripts to do it?

dunno if i am good enough to be whitelisted or not emm

I have only 187 SG users on my whitelist. :-)
I like your style, the " invite only " and " private small group " giveaways parameters will probably turn some self-imposed " honcho's " into unhappy campers :-)

Hey Nate, I've probably entered one of yours, maybe, I'm not sure, but if you were here for as long as I was, then it's entirely possible.
Now, I wont even think entering your WL, that's not why I'm commenting. Just wanted to bring a few things to your attention, from MY point of view (if I'd said POV then you'd be thinking in a different thing, right ;) )
• "% Created / Won" (i.e. Win Ratio in %) <-- This one is related with the region restriction thing, at least for me.
• "% Region" (i.e. % of Region Restrictions) <-- Since Valve/Steam changed the rules, heck, kicked the damn board! I haven't done a GA. In Argentina there's no special regional price yet we have region restriction. Bundles -the most affordable option for the less fortunate- don't provide CV, so no level up.
• "Time since last GA was created" <-- This one is related to the Valve regionlock/tradelock/clusterffff
I'm certainly not saying what you should or shouldn't do; that's your business and a community is based on mutual respect and help/assistance. You'd notice that I'm not quite a leech but I'm not quite a giver now, I used to give, I continued to give away stuff just outside SG, yeah friends in steam know what I'm talking about, so it's not like I've grown a pitch-black heart :P
So USA and other regions have ROW games and sometimes great sales. Even if we -the excluded, discriminated folk of restricted regions- manage to buy a game (whether an AAA or a cheap one) and decide to give it away instead of keeping it for ourselves, or give it to our friend, girlfriend, 40-yo-fat-guy-pretending-to-be-a-18-girl or our favourite ET buddy, it will still be RESTRICTED to those whom live in the same region. Where I'm getting with all this? if one of your parameters to reject or blacklist someone is region restriction, how is that his/her fault?
Do you know a way to adquire ROW versions of games without breaking ToS rules and/or overpaying? Because I don't.
Again, I'm not looking anything other to cause a reaction in you, hopefully good one, at least I don't wish to anger you or others. If anyone things this is inappropriate then please ban me, that way I know there's no such thing as freedom of speech, and that any other POV (yep, I said it! XD) wont be tolerated never less considerated.
Thank you for reading, I'm sorry I do such long wall of texts, but I've tried explaining -maybe over explaining?- the best I could, giving the circumstances, sleepy and foreign language. Good Luck in your WL quest, hopefully one day I can finally get a job (yes, I'm unemployed, boo-hoo, this is Argentina) and then could make more people happy, here and outside. Cheers :)

First of... POV is best view.
Now let's get down to business...
Bundles -the most affordable option for the less fortunate- don't provide CV, so no level up.
But oh they do, here have a look at my CV: http://www.sgtools.tk/sent/NateSCC

Yep, all the places that sell bundles.. I don't know if places like GMG and the likes are ROW you'll have to ask someone with more knowledge then me.
Did I miss anything important? ... Need more coffee nao ;)

Only Steam has got region locks. If you buy anything from HB store, GMG, Amazon and so on it's in 99% ROW copy of the game (Amazon has got few region restricted games).
Most people who lives here (Poland) if aren't buying things from Steam (for steam wallet money) buys it on sites I mentioned.

I already have 255 people on my whitelist and I hope to add many more...
You know you're not a leech and want to be whitelisted?
Just ask and I'll see what we can do about it. ;)
Whenever I join a GA I look at the creators stats and if they seem good, I add them to my whitelist.
An are you already on the list? Test
Current whitelist count 709
2 Blacklisted
What is a leech?
To ME it's someone who..
• Makes (zero / only one) giveaway and then leeches without ever giving back.
• For the most only creates "invite only / private GAs" and yet still partakes in public GAs
(i.e they can win from all but no one (from public) can win from them.)
• Creates GAs out of the free games from sites like Indiegala / Facebook etc..
• Has been on the site since day one (3 years?) and only managed to create a one, if not zero GAs
but have won 100 times and have a Steam library of 500+ games.. You know the type, right?
What I look at when deciding to whitelist:
• "% Invite" (% of Invite Only)
• "% Private" (i.e. Small Closed Groups)
• "% Created / Won" (i.e. Win Ratio in %)
• "% Region" (i.e. % of Region Restrictions)
• "Time since last GA was created"
Something I wish I could see:
• Length of time on completed giveaways (one world does not equal one time zone, please keep this in mind when creating giveaways.)
• When "Invite only" are for forum trains and thus open for all.
Whitelist 101
I reserve the right to boot you from the whitelist if:
• Your GA create to win ratio goes into the negative.
• Your "Invite Only / Private Group / Region Restricted" GAs exceeds 33% of your total GAs.
• Its been 30 days since your last GA but only a day since your last win, which now places you in the negative.
The former is only for approximate guidance, the last is an instant boot reason.
• You create "fake" region restricted GAs.
• You create GAs from free keys. (IndieGala etc.)
Current Giveaways:
Click Me
Some useless info: Entered 1195 GAs before winning for the first time.
