This is not new, I saw this in early summer months, obviously the phishing link was another. I heard a lot of ppl failed in this obvious scam.
Real steam community links don't pop up a window saying "You're going outside steam. Are you sure?" I can undertand ppl can fall in this when they see it on trades forums, but it's obvious too because it asks you for for personal info, but falling in this in steam chat is stupid.
