I create giveaways with keys and I have winners..
now what?
I must press sent button then it will sent automatically. or I must sent keys to winners by my self?

click send button. it'll be sent to winner(after giveaway is over) you level up according to the game

if it's steam gift you have to send it using emial or adding those winners

Depends. If you just sent the key, give them time to activate it :P if it's been a week, add them on steam or open support ticket

Winners have a week to claim the keys/gifts and mark as received.

Kraken, only do those kind of post to old timer, forum lurker only pls, since if you make those type of comment on a newbie who ask about stuff, only make him/her/it confuse
