That user doesn't have a SteamGifts profile, so it's not against the calling out rule (in my opinion)

I got one yesterday. How do you report them ? None of the choices in "report violation" seems accurate

don't bother wasting finger muscles on bots in the future.. there's no point in even replying telling the bot you aren't going to download it. ;)
edit: if anything, get them back with a "okay i installed, what was that supposed to do?" and phish them for a while.. ^^
