Is support ticket thing broken atm?

I made a support ticket to have a giveaway rerolled about 2 weeks ago, I swapped it over to urgent after the first week. After about 10 days I posted a comment in the ticket incase it may bump it. I thought maybe it was glitched, so I waited a few extra days and posted a new ticket starting off urgent. Its been about 40 hours and still no response..

there is 1 person doing the tickets, and he is also trying to code an overhaul of the site. there are 175,113 members. Prepare to wait.
