Yeah, while they do give you licence to use the program legally, they are app based, so you need to actually install the app to redeem them. But the apps themselves don't take that much space (I use several of them), maybe you'll be able to find some space soon for installation.

Yeah, it's the standard here to claim keys without notifying people. Which especially sucks when you have to go through the whole download process to find out your key has been used. My apologies about that, but sadly I have no influence on it.
