Better Choice than ASUS VX239H?

Hi, I'm gonna buy some new monitor before I get blind with my current one. so I had some researches and decided to buy ASUS VX239H. I'm not still sure but this monitor got many eye-friendly techs. and I can just buy Asus and BenQ products. other brands don't ship at all or just ship low grade monitors(there are exceptions like LG). so what do you think?
I don't need more than 60 Hz and 24". besides I don't think there be a noticable difference between 1ms and 4ms delay
