Promoted gift not recived

I just entered in steam gifts and i won a key of nether. this gift for 50 accounts. well, i take the key i go to my account and try to activate it and its says to me that key is already activated in other account. Someone have a solution? (Sorry for my english i do what i can)

I think it was a developer giveaway. In this cases, when you check your won giveaways the key appears in there, is not sent via email. When you click to see the key it is marked as recieved automatically. That's what I remember at least.

if you look at the giveaway their are still plenty marked as "awaiting response" meaning you have to mark it as received yourself.

which means OP marked it as received and is not complaining it doesnt work. meaning he screwed himself lol

It's automatically marked as received when you visit the wins page, the ones "awaiting reply" haven't visited their wins page yet.

And he's not screwed, if there's a problem, we'll try to solve it.

He maybe marked it as received when he got the key then realized the key didn't work.

no when you win a prometd gift it gives you the key in your profile and automark as recived i cant change to dont recived

You can after 1 week, but I suggest you make a ticket to support, so they will solve it, and the giveaway creators will give you another key. Also there is always some notable % of users who never come back to get their won key from developer giveaways, which is very sad, there should be a way to "recycle" this "never received" keys to new giveaways at least in chat/forum, cuz when a game key is lost forever and never will be claimed is sad.
