Mercenary Kings, it's probably the best side-scrolling shooter I ever played and it ran at stable 60 on my old PC.
Death Skid Marks, very fun car combat game with procedural generation and permanent death. Good amount of different cars to play with, most of which perform a bit differently.
Battleblock Theater, very fun puzzle platformer with lovely art-style, good soundtrack and should run well on your PC as it ran at stable 60 on my old one.

and judging from graphics and size i dont think it needs a high end pc
