watcha talking about...
I'm downloading it just fine. It has a separate key for it and you might restart your client if it still doesn't show up.

Oh the support guy say to me Sword & Soldiers is not on steam…

Tbh, this is worth is just for avadon. Anyone who ever enjoyed Baldurs Gate, Ultima, or any of the other older rpg's that lasted more than 8 hours should really enjoy Avadon. Totally worth it. i bought avadon standalone for full price on steam and didn't regret it.

yeah when i made the reference to the infinity engine games, i meant it. lots of reading. this would be a very uncomfortable game to play on a 4 inch screen. lots of gridwork, lots of reading, and lots of dialogue options. i still think about trying to play this on my nook color, and think it wouldn't work as well as id want it, but hey, being able to bring a game like this around with me is cool regardless. i picked up a copy just to gift a buddy of mine avadon who plays these kind of games.

Because it's not an INDIE bundle. It's an ANDROID bundle, and that's quite the difference. If you don't have an android device, obviously the bundle won't compete with previous indie bundles, but like I said it's not supposed to. If you do however, then it's a good bundle.
P.S. Even when looking for steam games only, Avadon alone makes the bundle quite worthwhile (considering a minumum price of 1$).

If you have no interest in the games then it's strictly a charitable donation, and at that point you have to weigh how much you value the charities involved.
Many people may feel that there are other charities more deserving of their money, you can't give to every charity that wants your money.
That said, Avadon makes the bundle worth it on it's own. And on a personal level the EFF is one of the the two charities I actually do donate to once a year.

you don't get updates from market/googleplay (android) if you buy from humble bundles right...

You get the updates from Humble Bundle. I don't own an Android, but there is an app included with the bundle that should manage the updates. The HB team was always concerned about updates in the past, so I guess that won't change on the phone.

sort of disappointing game offering (ignoring cogs since i got it in a previous humble bundle), but sent some money to eff and just a couple bucks to the bundle and devs. seems a little soon to do android again -- i'd like to see some full-power computer indie titles like humble indie bundle #1 - #4 again, though i haven't started playing the hib4 games yet...

Still waiting for a non Android related bundle :(

I'd like to try Swords & Soldiers, but if I wanted to pay $6 for it I'd own it already. Putting the best games as the beat the average bonuses just makes me want to pay less: instead of thinking "I'm happy to pay $3" I think "I'm not willing to pay $6, and if I pay $3 they'll still treat me like a $1 customer."
As for the other games: a free flash game; a game I already own from a previous bundle (despite HiB's claimed enthusiasm for cross platform, they still feel the need to double dip for mobile versions); Avadon - a nice game, not really my kind of thing but just the kind of game which would make a good extra to a bundle I was going to buy anyway; and Zen Bound 2, a very casual looking title which I'd not heard of until today (I also must have somehow missed the buzz about Zen Bound 1...)
If it was pay-what-you-want for Swords & Soldiers, plus free Avadon and Cogs Android port, I'd have bought it already, and I'd have spent more than the likely future Android price for S&S, giving the devs fair profit. Instead I'm deciding between skip, 50 cents or a reluctant $1 to get the steam keys. Not what I have come to expect from a Humble Bundle.
And while I'm complaining: "If you bought these games separately, it would cost around $57" is a pretty dishonest claim when they're selling this as an Android bundle. I'm pretty sure that even if I wanted all the games, the Android versions wouldn't set me back much more than 10 bucks. Just goes to show how much PC gamers are being ripped off in comparison...

I also heard about Zen Bound 2 like two weeks ago, somehow. It's nice though, but they require the mouse which is not so relaxing, unlike what they claim it to be. I'd have loved a controller support, so that I could just sit back and enjoy the ride.
