The Basement Collection is fantastic if you like Edmund. Even if you don't want to touch his old games, there's about 2 hours of audio interviews and his comics and childhood drawings.

Love the basement collection! I really played spewer a lot. I played it a couple years before too on newgrounds I think. Time Fcuk and Grey Matter are really cool too, but short. Triachnid and Aether are interesting experiments.
It's basically a collection of flash games, each you will probably play one or two times. Those who expected more were just badly informed about the game.
It's worth it for the music alone imo. Danny B's music is amazing!

Superbrothers EP Swords & Sworcery. I bought it new when it was released, totally suckered into it by the promise of a pixelcore adventure. Instead I got a completely linear, boring and pretentious game. The features like using twitter to help you progress and the game reacting to moon phases were on a token level, and the twitter thing is pretty much just a way for the devs to advertise their game through snippets designed to sound like you wrote them.
I also bought the wizard-tier founders pack for The Mighty Quest for Epic Loot, which was a total bust. The promise of no character resets was broken, resetting all my stuff along with a "we'll be reworking the entire system again". In the end it was just a pre-order of premium currency for the game, because the boss monster and extras you get are all normal unlockables, and you couldn't even use them until you levelled up to the point where you'd normally be able to buy them. I still haven't felt up to playing it again. Too late to ask for a refund. Buyers remorse at it's finest. Remember kids : Don't fund F2P games.

Thank god im not alone. When i first tried game, it looked very interesting, but after playing 20 minutes, i didnt understand game, im not sure if its a game either, i was hoping for a platform game but it was more like go here, talk to this, etc, graphics are great but for gameplay, it doesnt give much.

Audiosurf. It's just so bland and boring. Everyone talked it up so much around the time I bought it that I thought 'Hey, I love rhythm games, let's do it!' but it's... kind of terrible. And if you look at the Audiosurf 2 reviews people are still acting like it's the best thing since sliced bread.

Who would not want a game which is so popular? :P
Well, I am not saying people shouldn't like it... It's jus tnot for me.. I'd rather play Symphony.. even that I got bored after few hours.. The only rythm game where I spent hours and hours is Osu! x3

Average difficulty? I am failing at 1 and 2 stars(not all of them.. but still) ._.
I also find spinners to be difficult =x
(You can see how bad I did in the easiest maps My Profile)

Dayum! CTB on insane? I suck in that ;p
I play the normal one and did osu!mania a few times, also like it.
Cool, elfen lied is in one of your most played songs! :)
If you are having trouble with the spinners try spinning very close to the middle of it. I assume you're playing with a mouse. I barely move my hand with spinners, just spin in very small circles near the middle. That works best for me. Also I normally use a high sensitivity but for osu I lower the sensitivity of my mouse. (I have a button for that on my mouse) You can change your mouse sensitivity in the options of osu too (but that will probably also affect CTB). You can also try setting up a script that changes your mouse sensitivity to your desired value and then another one to change it back. Shouldn't be too hard to find online or make yourself.
Maps get easier if you can hear the logic in them. I've completed maps that looks very difficult because they are built up very logically and have a great flow. 'easier' but inconsistent maps tend to be harder than they should be. Well, that's what I think :) It also helps if you actually like the song.
We should play sometime! I sent a friend request :)

I like Osu!mania too.. but.. well.. I keep pressing the wrong key xD
Maybe I get confused easily.. probably why I fail at normal one too :|
I play CTB with keyboard, that shouldn't be an issue o-o
More than being able to do it, I always start feeling "Will I be able to 'clear' in time?"
I did not get any friend request D:
(Also, I won't be of any match for you xD)

I have a similar reaction. Played it on a friends laptop and thought it was awesome. Had been looking for it for a long time. Finally bought it this summer sale. Played it a bit. Was fun but not as fun as I expected. Well the gameplay part is good, but there are many things missing. I'd still say it's a great audiovisual experience though.
If you like rythm games, try Osu! I always keep coming back at it. (just make sure you don't start with the hardest ones)
It can also play any song you like BUT someone must have made a map for it. (You can do this yourself if you have time to spare) It's not generated like in audiosurf. Luckily theres a giant library of maps ready to be downloaded :)

Killing Floor: horrible game, made me go into a depression and want to kill myself (kidding, but it's THAT BAD)
X-Blades: only bought it cause I had a 90% reduction coupon and I owned and played Blades of Time (liking it for the most part), so I thought I should have the prequel too. But it's such a piece of shit...NEVER have I seen such a huge discrepancy between two games of the same franchise.
Gun: I thought it was the closest thing we have on the PC to Red Dead Redemption. It's not a bad game, per say, but it's really boring and lackluster
Garshasp The Monster Slayer: a shitty game that tries to rip off God of War, but fails miserably. I love action-adventure games, but the platforming in this game is totally broken and the combat(while it does work for the most part) is stupid, boring and repetitive.
Arcania Gothic 4: a shitty game that I'll probably never play, but it was in a bundle and I activated it
Risen 2 Dark Waters: tries to be a pirate simulator, but fails at that...and at everything else
Sang-Froid Tales of Werewolves: really don't like tower defense games(with a few exceptions)
Sanctum: same as above
Anomaly Warzone Earth : same as the other two
Red Alert 3: a disgrace to its masterpiece of a predecessor
E.Y.E Divine Cybermancy: WOW, what a weird and fucked up game
Magicka: not my kind of game
*Game of Thrones: a shit RPG that brings shame to one of the best series in television history

Blades of time is that much better?
I mostly enjoyed X-Blades but didn't play it that long. I think I deserve an achievement for "enjoying this crappy game".
When I look at X-Blades in my library I see Zeno Clash below it and think "damn, what an awesome game was that, too bad this one can't match it"
Magicka really is a wonderful game. Too bad you didn't enjoy it. What don't you like about it? I'm really interested. Being able to quickly conjure any spell, cast it wherever you like and along with all the modifiers is freaking awesome. Then there's the funny story. Best of all is blwoing up your friends, revive them and blow them up again. Love it!

Hard to explain why I didn't like Magicka...it just didn't click with me. Maye because I'm a might kind of guy... In all RPGs and action-RPGs that I played in my life, I almost always chose the sword(dagger, ax, spear, club, mace, sickle, scythe) and shield path and never relied on magic and shit. In Neverwinter Nights, even when I played as a cleric, my first order of business was whacking enemies on the head with a morningstar and only used magic for healing myself and for when I was really badly outnumbered. In Heroes III, my favorite city was Castle and my favorite hero was the big black guy specialized in kicking ass with griffins(Edric) who didn't give a rat's ass about magic. Only in League of Legends did I ever contemplate playing as a caster, but it's hard to play a MOBA without learning all aspects of the game, so I kind of had to. Also, I only really play Malzahar, cause he's awesome and can basically beat all other caster in the game...almost(damn you, Brand). So he;s kind of a special case. You can understand why a game called Magicka isn't nowhere near to making me feel in my own element. It's basically the complete opposite of the much older and, for me, much more awesome, Severance Blade of Darkness.
P.S. My apologies if you're not a LoL player, because in that case, for you, my telling of my experience with that game was a meaningless rant.

I've played LOL a few times(well, i'm like a lv10 or something... so not much) and have been standing near friends who furiously discuss it so I can follow.
I also always go for the melee classes (dual wield and squishy if available) so I thought it was nice to try something else in magicka. Well you can play melee in magicka but you severely limit your options then.
I've googles severance blade of darkness and don't see any similarities. It looks like an old demons souls. Are you sure we're talking about the same game?
I was sceptical with that name too but immediately loved it when I played :)
It's a shame not everyone had such a great time with it as me. I suggest playing with friends, it's a whole different experience.

Scribblenauts Unlimited was one of the (very) few games I actually bought, and it appeared in a Humble Bundle shortly afterward.

01> Audiosurf - So much praise for it and there's a rhythm game that I enjoy.. But I didn't enjoy playing Audiosurf
02> Blade Symphony - The game is good, But I am so bad at it that I am not even worth as a practice dummy
03> Booster Trooper - Nobody plays.. or I can't see any servers
04> Bunch of Heores - Game sounded nice.. wasn't fun for more than few minutes.. maybe co-op would be fun
05> Death and The Fly - I even forgot why I really regretted getting it.. maybe broken
06> DLC Quest - Short, and I played just so I could be done with it.. I was waiting for the game to end so that I can forget about it
07> Dollar Dash - Multiplayer game where Online Multiplayer doesn't work
08> Evoland - Too short and there wasn't anything for me to remember the game with.
09> Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams - Rise of the Owlverlord - I find the first one(or should I say base game) to be hard, I doubt I can ever complete it. shouldn't have gotten this one
10> Super House of Dead Ninjas- I will never get past the second boss
11> Bundle with Alien/Zombie shooters
12> Day of Defeat at GameFly which gave games or something... I will never play those games :/
There are many games that I regret activating from bundles, but I bought the bundles for some game or the other which I actually wanted... So not listing them xD

About Giana Sisters...when did you play it? Apparently the 'easy' mode that is in the game now was not there when it was first released. I at least didn't have any problems whatsoever (apart from the last boss, which is just boring and annoying like 99% of boss battles in games) finishing it. And that's not bragging, I'm an average platformer player I would say. I didn't even consider buying Super Meat Boy for example since I thought it would only be frustrating and no fun for me.
If you didn't play the easy mode yet give it a try, you may like the game now.

Pre-ordering Skyrim. It wasn't worth $60. It's worth about 10.

There were lots of other games that I didn't like, but none of them were so bad that I regret buying them/adding them to my library.

To each their own, but I seriously have to wonder how anyone could like that game. Since it doesn't have any gameplay and since the graphics are as terrible as they can get it has to be the humor. I guess people who laugh about someone farting in a movie also laugh about a few unidentifiable pixels exploding unexpectedly when you click on them. So random. Ha ha.

I paid money for Dear Esther. Haven't played it, but everyone I tell I bought it laughs. Plus I got it on Humble Bundle like a week later.

1- Humble Sega Bundle - The Only My kind of Game was Hell Yeah but i got other games as well, its not so bad, but if they were separete keys i wouldnt add all of them.
2- Humble Weekly Tell Tale - If it wasn't for Back to the future i would ask for a support ticket to delete those, their look on library really annoys me.
3- The Basement Collection - I love Edmund, but lets be honest, there is an obvious reason why Isaac and Meat Boy succeed, others didnt.
4- Crayon Physics Deluxe - I shouldnt have add at first place
5- Cthulhu Saves World - I won at steamgifts, not my type of game, wish someone else won
6- Dota 2 - Because of Dota 2 test
7- Intrusion 2 - not my type of game
8- Penny Arcada something very long No: 3 - Not my type of game
9- Serious Sam complete - I like this game but so many games appear on my library
10- Shatter - No just No from me
11- The Ship - The Ship Tutorial - The ship something 3rd icon, why 3 listing for 1 game?
12- Civilization 4 - I hate when DLCs show on library
13- Spaz - Same with shatter, space games i dont like really
14- Splice - Good for android bad for my collection, stands out between others
15- War Hammer 4000 - Dawn of War why so ugly steam picture?
16- Nordic Games - Risen 2: Dark Waters, Sacred 2: Gold Edition, Saints Row 2 -Not my type of games, but i like how Saint Row looks on library
17- Space Chem - Not my type of game O_o
Some of you may have found my reasons stupid but, i care about game graphics, how their look on library. I was thiking today, if i was millionaire i would probably open a new account and only purchase games i liked. There would be much more less games in my library, this feelings and thoughts have been haunting me for a while, lately i purchase less and less games as for bundles due to their quality and this reason, i dont buy anything for a long time now.
So how about you? How do you feel about your library?
