Only one game... Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
Preorder'd it. Reviews and guides I read made it sound like a fairly easy game, which is good for me because I've never been good at the hack n' slash genre. The swordplay looked cool in videos.
Came to find out it's pretty much the most difficult game I've ever played in this genre. Like I said, I suck... Darksiders, God of War III, Devil May Cry... you'd be hard pressed to find a game like this that I haven't struggled with (typically on harder difficulties at least, since I hunt achievements). With this though, I couldn't get past the first full mission. On whatever the medium difficulty is called. Usually I get about halfway before giving up. Tried for days in parts that people probably breezed through. Everyone tells me "just parry everything", either it doesn't work for me or I'm just dyslexic and can't get the timing right. So yeah, that was money wasted.
The swordplay was pretty weak too. After the first 10 times of awkwardly/pointlessly cutting things up in slow motion, I stopped caring.

Oh too bad, that game is a gem! One of my favourite games! But those hack and slash games are almost the only games i'm decent at.
I have to admit, the last boss on hard mode is the most annoying motherfucker i've ever encountered in any game. Spent hours on that one battle.
The parrying is rather difficult to learn. Actually I think this is the hack and slash game with the steepest learning curve I've played so far.
I recommend bayonetta. It's from the same developers but has a super easy mode (along with a easy, normal, hard, very hard and some stupidly hard shit). The super easy mode is great to just relax and enjoy the cool scenes. It automatically chooses cool combos for you even if you press the same combinations all the time. The only downside to the easier modes is you won't experience the full epicness of the bossfights because you'll beat them fast. The duel with Jeanne must be one of the most epic duels in any game I've played.
Don't expect full completion of the achievements, only for pros.
I don't think bayonetta appeared on pc but maybe they're working on it.

I only regret one purchase on Steam: Homefront. I believed the advertising and pre-ordered the game at full price. Then the game comes out and it's way different than advertised. On-rails FPS with some of the stupidest game-design decisions I've ever seen. The game could have been so much fun, could have been the next big thing, and the devs managed to suck all the fun out of it with dumb game mechanics. I'm sure those who pre-purchased COD Ghosts know how that feels. P

The sloppily implemented, almost unplayable zombie game mode was a terrible idea from the otherwise cool devs, but the original game (Ravaged, the post-apocalyptic PvP game with vehicles) was pretty nice. I played and enjoyed it for about 40 hours, when I came back a few months later it was dead unfortunately.

epigenesis...linear and full of bugs(early access)...server is dead...looks like the dev team has abandoned the game...

Bunch of Heroes, shudders
Greed: Black Border
Bought the indiegala demigod bundle and don't like any of the games. Was the first bundle I ever saw, bought it because it was cheap.
Kung Fu Strike. Bought for the coop but the game's mechanics + strategy is so dumb

Fez. I got suckered into buying it thinking it was a cool retro-style platformer but really it's full of BS "puzzles" that the average person has no chance to solve. Plus, it ruined Tetris for me for life. Every time I see a Tetris figure I think of Fez and those stupid puzzles.

Definetely legendary, even for $0.75 it still was horrible. The game was so so narrow and linear, I couldn't even complete the game without being extremely frustrated how shitty it was. If you watch gameplay for the game on YouTube it really dosen't look that bad, but trust me once you play the game you will litteraly feel in your hands how shitty the game is.
Also Portal 2, I LOVED Portal 1, but Portal 2 gave me motion sickness.

I really regret buying Left 4 Dead for $50 when it came out. I got fooled into thinking it was going to be an amazing game, but it simply wasn't. Perhaps its great if you like multiplayer, but I have a very limited appetite for online multiplayer.

This makes me sad. Sunk tons of hours into both of these amazing games. Seriously, give them another chance; they're both fantastic.

I regret nothing on my list. Civ 4 is like that so you can pay with/without the expansions. It's separate entries out of steam to do shouldn't have expected different

Super Hexagon - had I know it would give me motion sickness, I wouldn't have entered a giveaway for it and let it go to someone who would enjoy it.
Metro 2033 - was a random unmarked keydrop I was able to ninja from somewhere. Had it been marked I would have left it for someone who actually would want the game because I never wanted it. I despise shooters.

All Points Bulletin preorder, when it got shut down 6 months after launch.
And it wasnt a "GTA killer" at all.
Breach - the destruction may have been realistic, but thats not an awesome feature when everything else of the game sucks.

1- Humble Sega Bundle - The Only My kind of Game was Hell Yeah but i got other games as well, its not so bad, but if they were separete keys i wouldnt add all of them.
2- Humble Weekly Tell Tale - If it wasn't for Back to the future i would ask for a support ticket to delete those, their look on library really annoys me.
3- The Basement Collection - I love Edmund, but lets be honest, there is an obvious reason why Isaac and Meat Boy succeed, others didnt.
4- Crayon Physics Deluxe - I shouldnt have add at first place

15- War Hammer 4000 - Dawn of War why so ugly steam picture?
16- Nordic Games - Risen 2: Dark Waters, Sacred 2: Gold Edition, Saints Row 2 -Not my type of games, but i like how Saint Row looks on library
17- Space Chem - Not my type of game O_o
Some of you may have found my reasons stupid but, i care about game graphics, how their look on library. I was thiking today, if i was millionaire i would probably open a new account and only purchase games i liked. There would be much more less games in my library, this feelings and thoughts have been haunting me for a while, lately i purchase less and less games as for bundles due to their quality and this reason, i dont buy anything for a long time now.
So how about you? How do you feel about your library?
