San andreas

I absolutely loved GTA3, VC, SA, GTA 4 ...
But to be honest - the sheer content, possibilities, story, world, visuals - GTA 5 tops all in my opinion. And I'd argue that love for all the classic GTAs comes out of simple nostalgia we have.

I constantly go back to the older GTAs myself... no doubt ... but as far as quality - GTA5 for me. And TBH R* have to royally fuck up (only online for example) for me not to consider GTA6 to be the best when it comes out..

as for remasters ? Fucking horrible. Pathetic cashgrab. So obviously tried to make it look cartoonish to make it appeaseable to all the fortnite and mobile gamer kids

I like GTA 3,VC and SA. It's a shame that they removed the originals from digital stores.

vc is the best for me. they hit the perfect tone with that one, and it had the best radio stations.

Atmosphere / Music - GTA Vice City
Story / Realism / Gameplay - GTA IV

Grand Theft Auto can't beat the orginal. :)

Vice City is still my favorite. I've played them all except the mobile ones, the PSP ones I guess it was.

Best GTA - Yakuza 2

I hate to admit it, but Gta V is the best, its the more fun, has the more freedom, better graphics, overall the best.
However I deeply love Vice City aestethics and story, great homage to gangster films. And Gta IV has the best story and characters, played it recently and still holds up great, I love that game despite its driving and lack of features.
I like III but its really dated and small in comparision and San Andreas gameplay is awesome but never liked its story and I the whole street gang feel.
