My mistake, previous bundles were Northern and Southern Europe. So my question is: is Europe = Northern Europe + Southern Europe + UK?

from what Shifty told me, there seems to be some delay with confirming payments and the steam keys right now buut it should be resolved quite soon

Yeah, bought a second Retro 3 bundle a couple of days back and it said they were waiting for Google (I used Google Wallet) to confirm the payment and that I'd have my keys when they did. Never seen that before, it's always been instant in the past.
Anyway, I went to sleep and when I woke up again they were there.
