Nothing really. I was just kidding. I mean, just look at my gif. Did this look like a serious comment to you? xD

Honestly? Because I would never expect support to answer to Luk7nk4 here, so I thought of leaving a "you're welcome" comment here, in order to satisfy his/her need for an answer. Is this a good answer for your question?

So in other words you think very little of SG Support. And look:

What are you talking about? Just because I said I thought they would never answer in this specific topic, it means that I think very little of SG support? Are you kidding me?

Well, you said that you never expect support to answer him, and the rest of your hostile reply indicated someone who has had little experience with SG support.

Yep, I said I would never expect them to answer here. This has nothing to do about what I think about support (I think support is pretty fast in terms of rerolls). The answer wasn't hostile against support though. :)

Yes indeed.
If a support member happens to see this, I was wondering - what is your view on SGTools and the (likely) increase in user reports and re-roll requests (which many have already been taken care of)? Do you think that the amount of users getting caught breaking the rules is worth the amount of useless tickets being submitted?

I've been meaning to ask it, but couldn't find a good place/opportunity to do so. Didn't want to create a discussion just for that either. :P

I don't have access to user reports, but I have not seen a serious uptick in reroll requests due to SGTools.

Interesting. I only really started rerolling after finding out how to use SGTools to check, but I suspect that some of the common reasons for rerolls (already owns game, multiple wins, etc.) are easy enough to see without SGTools; really, it only helps for non-activated, and even then only within a month for the purpose of rerolling, so there's still a pretty narrow category of people who would be impacted.

Oh oops, I thought he meant SGTools giveaways, not using SGTools to find rule breakers.
In that case, yes there are a lot of reroll requests using this method. I'd estimate about half of them result in rerolls, and the other have are denied due to the suspension already served.

Jatan, I have made SGTools giveaways and the tickets that I sent to SG support were mostly because of already owned and to check private Steam profiles but aren't those kind of SG support tickets not only limited to SGTools? Because those kind of tickets can also be for every other kind of giveaway on SG, including SGTools giveaways?

I meant reroll requests due to invalid entry from SGTools

Yes I know Jatan, I just wanted to double check that tickets like already owned and tickets to check private Steam profiles are basically the same for every kind of giveaway on SG.

Oh yeah, I don't think SGTools has created an increase in number of rerolls due to "already owned" or "check private profile"

At least you saw this. =) Thanks for your help just now!
A question, if you don't mind. When checking the reroll rules and such, I saw that rerolling for a user had the clarification of wins not being activated in the last month. The person I just got in a reroll has a game not activated in January but comes up clean otherwise. Should I request yet another reroll (which I feel bad about asking you guys to do), or is that not allowed?

Go ahead and request a reroll specifying the problem. We'll check if the suspension has been applied yet. If it has not, we'll suspend and reroll. Otherwise we'll tell you to send the game and close the ticket.

I thank support as well! They've always been helpful with issues I've had, and I can't imagine that wouldn't be the case elsewhere. I appreciate the good work, guys! <3
