It's been a over a week and a winner still hasn't contacted me for a giveaway..

I have requested a new winner multiple times (I included a reason explaining the winner hasn't responded), but it still reverts back to the original winner. I added the winner to my Steam friends list (it's a gift and it must be traded), but he hasn't been on in weeks. I also sent an email and the winner hasn't responded. What can I do?

Please excuse my ignorance, but how is that done? I know what 'reroll' means in MMORPG terms, though. ;)

Once you request a new winner it's not an automatic process, it has to be approved by a mod. So once you already requested a new winner, just wait a bit.
