I'm not sure I'd say worse than Axis. While I'm not going to say the Allies were saints, or that they were free of prejudices and biases, the sheer magnitude of German and Japanese Imperial atrocities just massively outweighs American, British, French, and co.'s civilian casualties, rapes, and other wartime crimes. Russia, on the other hand... not to be overly critical, because they did suffer the most on the front, but the Russian gulags made Hitler's POW camps look like playtime (except, of course, for Russian prisoners, who were treated like animals, just like they were back in Russia. Russians get shafted, man.)

Most likely ^^ Well, I don't blacklist super leechers since I don't do giveaways below lvl 2. (Only a few times lvl 0 &1) so that should mostly cover it. Though I have seen ppl with 200 games won, and 15 given as lvl 4 or something like it. Hm.
Besides that I think it's a big factor that I don't see that many giveaways considered I own 3700+ games on steam. So I only see regifters for games I don't own, and like 98% of the games being given away for free on some website I already have so I can't blacklist those either.

My blacklist is about 3.5 times bigger than my whitelist at this point(43 white/147 black). I'm quite selective with who goes in the white one but not so much with the black one.

I am close but most my blacklist are from free game GA or other rule breakers of that nature like re-gift and so on,i try catch as many as i can but i do not go on a witch hunt for them.

Well i am not sure i can blacklist anyone that is a super leech i mean...not everyone can give back all the time and i always thought this site was based on giving as long as they are within the rules.Also,it should not be about blacklisting for to many wins but that just imo it should be about blacklisting those who are rule breakers and such.but these are just my opinions.
Like me i do not have a lot to give and i try like hell but it slowly catching up to me now and am getting closer to more wins then GA's.I wish i could give more and i would if i could but me having a place and food and such will always win over getting a bundle or a game..i will keep trying though.Funny i spent about a year trying to win,now i am trying like hell to keep my GA above my wins.

Same here. :) I don't blacklist for too many wins but for rule breakers as well. I go on a witch hunt when ppl win my giveaways to make sure they didn't do something like regifting or not activating wins which is where I caught a looot of ppl. Besides that it's if I notice a rude person on the forums or obvious regifting active games, or making a giveaway with the wrong gamename "because it wasn't on the list" aka mostly free games.
Well, it's up to the person indeed^^ If you can't afford it, don't sweat it. I, myself, want to have given away more than received. That makes me feel better at least. ^^'

Well, sure. But I never joined your giveaways anyways (and most of yours are in some group anyways w. 1-2 ppl joining each one), and those I could join I had all of them. Would most likely not even join your giveaways either since I already blacklisted you.
Besides the group giveaways it's because you used SAM. I strongly dislike that. I'm an achievement hunter and I'm against using cheats and for other ppl using cheats, so that's the main reason why I have blacklisted you. So it's nothing against you as a person so don't take it bad.

Good song aside. I only have a few on my blacklist for similar reasons. Rule breakers, regifters mostly, and I always feel it's too much. It would be nice if no one ever had to be blocked and everyone could just try to enjoy the games they enter and win.

302 on whitelist, 56 on blacklist.
The whitelist number though will be a bit smaller soon. I decided to clean up the whitelist after I recently noticed that in my haste to add people with good ratios, I also added some who only do private group giveaways. I expect the number to drop by about 20 or 30 users, which should be easily compensated by the number of people I add based on their contribution to the interesting/helpful post competitions (shameless plug).

If they don't do public giveaways then I don't see why they should be on my whitelist. To me a user who sent a few games in public giveaways (especially if done recently) is more deserving of winning than one who sent 400 games, but all in private giveaways.

Yep, I totally understand that but for example I'm mostly giving away & winning in my 2hu group, which could give you a false hint that I don't care about the rest of the community, which is untrue, as I very often drop gibs in various threads or organize 2hu events with the rest of the group. And yet I'm on your whitelist, so I'm glad I do not fall into that "bad" category :3

Nope, I made sure they activated the wins >:D ...but nah, I checked the ppl beforehand. If they previously had a record of not activating wins or regifting, I would request a new winner and get them suspended if they didn't already. And the ones that already served the suspension or didn't break any rules before activated all fine. :)
But I think the warning is working though :D
