Its stuck on 99% updating... Have restarted steam and paused the update then resumes, Didnt work D: Any solutions?

Be patient, it eventually hits 100%

Delete Content and Install again. I kid. Though it is a last resort. You could go Properties, Local Files and Check Integrity of Game Cache.

That too... I was not sure if you're able to check the integrity if you're not at 100%
