Just sayin, if Shenmue gets a few hundred entries I can see a helluva lot of auctions being hoovered up at 2501, and creating an endless cycle where only 1 person gets profitz.

I wasted all mine early and busted out pretty much. Not that I'm actually winning anything anyway I guess - unless somebody wins them all and doesn't share links/doesn't have games and can enter etc.

Yes, for the 1P games that's certainly true. Up to now, Shenmue has earned 6360 auction points (nice profitz on that one) but nothing else has come close to breaking even.

Under the new rules, it isn't. But it did mean that before the rule change, a couple of users were able to acquire way over the 2500 everybody else had, and could automatically win any auction they wanted.
