I have a problem with CV ????

My CV is $80.35 but i can't join some giveaway with CV more than my previous CV is $44.36 and i don't understand ???

"This is a thank you giveaway for contributors. All users that have successfully sent $75.00 worth of gifts are eligible to enter. Your contributions to date, $44.36."
