CS: GO Price

It's not a full fledged game. They are trying to soak up some revenue as they finish the Source 2 engine. That is also why CSGO is getting released on Xbox Live Arcade and Sony Arcade for the same price.

I think Valve still consider themselves indie actually, well they did a couple years ago, not sure if thats still the case.

Is a nice price though, wasn't a fan of the game myself.

I play cs since 2002.. and valve just want the cs 1.6 players go to CS:GO.. CS:GO is not good, cs 1.6 still is the better and CS:S is much better than CS:GO. CS:GO is a CS:S but worst.

Because CS:GO is dumbed down? CS:GO is intended to "broaden" the series' audience. And by "broadening" they mean getting the console owners to buy it. The epitome of the console FPS is COD. So, since CS:GO is releasing for consoles as well it needed to be dumbed down. Now don't get me wrong. It's far from COD. And it was only dumbed down slightly. It was still dumbed down though.

CS 1.6 > CSS > CS GO

CSS is superior to GO in a number of ways. There's a few small things they've improved in GO, but for the most part, CSS is the better shooter for competitive play.

Why does 1.6 need more skills than GO ? They're pretty the same game, just with new graphics..
