I think that usually happens when a game was removed from the list for having been in a large promotional giveaway somewhere else. It used to be the case that you couldn't give such games away here at all.
Now you can give those games away here but you receive no CV for them, but they have to be added back to the list manually I think.
Send a support ticket with the Add Game to List category, and wait 🙂

That's what I thought. So therefore it shouldn't affect whether we can give away a key here as it's not gift-able separately, right?

Hm... I have had Wasteland 2 for some time, I got both DC and Classic editions in the library, but I didn't have Wasteland 1.
I think I got Wasteland 2 for backing Bard's Tale IV, so maybe it's another key, but anyway it doesn't always come with W1 as it seems.

I got Wasteland (http://store.steampowered.com/app/259130/Wasteland_1__The_Original_Classic/) via HumbleBundle (https://www.humblebundle.com/jumbo-bundle-10) but I can't gift it, because it is not in the list that pops up, when I start a give away.
