Anyone on GoodReads here?

I know it's a gaming community but there's that other thread about what book you've read and it seems to have a lot of comments so I guess we have some readers in here as well.
Any of you have a GoodReads account? I'm just looking to expand my circle on there to see what other people are reading, what they think, etc. But I don't want to just add people I have nothing in common with. At least here I'm a bit familiar with the community.

I've not read too much. The first 2 chapters but I'm enjoying it so far. It's very well set up and I'm excited to see how it pans out :3

Problem with Last Wish is that English translation for it is really not too good, a lot is lost in translation and translator (which is not native english but polish knowing english) fails at english literature. Generally consensus in polish fandom is that english editions of the books translated by Danusia Stok are much much worse than ones translated by David French. French's are still not as good as originals ofc (Sapkowski has very specific style, often refetting to a lot of polish-only thingies, sometimes even building whole story around some polish only play on words which is ultra hard to translate). But anyway if you didn't like Last Wish that much I'd still give a shot to Sword of Destiny, next book chronologically and see if you like it with better translator ;)

Will do. I just finished the book and the last part with Y was much better than the beginning which lacked cohesion IMO.
