Need recommendations on games that i can sink my teeth into...

Well my graphics card stopped working a couple of days ago so i plugged in my old 5450 and now that i don't have an AMAZING graphics card my game pool is rather limited...

Think you guys can direct me to some games that don't need the graphical power of 3 rainbow colored narwhals?

Edit 1: thanks guys i found that i can run falloutnv on low settings smoothly i have taken your considerations into account aswell.
