Ah yes, I almost forgot. Here's an inspirational video for you in case things get tough: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUV_pL3NqiQ

Could you at least tell us how long these giveaways will be up? :)

Yeah, I know! I just wanted to see him say it!
Okay, yeah. I forgot about that part :)

When It Rains sports a good habit of saving your progress as well. Which is also good for the times when one umbrella is simply not enough. )
The mere thought of 'all over' in Rocky is daunting enough to make me cower in one of the outdoor screens.

The first game is a nightmare. ;)
With the second game I got a virus alert (Google, VirusTotal).

A note from the dev on the matter:
"I can assure you there is no virus attached to the game and is indeed your virus checker being over cautious. we use a file packer (that is branded with our company I’d so it’s signature is unique) that virus checkers have started to block. regardless of its “unique” signature"
(source)
Of course, they probably wouldn't answer any differently if there actually was a virus deliberately placed there, so take it for what you will.

If it's any indication, Virus Total has gone from 11 detections in February to 8 in October to 6 now in November. And the Mac file is totally okay with them. That's about the best I can do in addition to the quote Lunk has already posted, I'm afraid.
As far as I'm concerned, those antivirus companies can all go merrily drown themselves in the nearest snowglobe waste. Last time I tried contacting TrendMicro in order to request reevaluating my app for a false positive, I ended up spitting half of my perfectly warm tea trying to tweeze out any kind of a working online form or an e-mail address from an egregiously unhelpful Egyptian chap on the phone. One month later, he called me back, and the whole conversation went like this: 'You're having sum kind of a troubil, right?' - 'Yes, hello. I created a ticket trying to request a false positive reevaluation.' - 'You're having sum kind of a troubil, I see. I will call you latir.' - 'No, wait, could you give me some kind of a...' - 'Sorree, sorree, I will call you latir.'
Not a peep since then. (

Good old venting. Much better now, thank you. )
You can still access 60% of the giveaways without playing Rocky if you're not convinced. It's perfectly fine by me and is totally understandable. And 60% is certainly quite a piece of the pie. (And certainly isn't a piece of cake.)

Eh, what I missed! I should restart to solve puzzles as some time ago. I tried the third game also but my bag of patience was too small today. The gameplay was nice though, but jumping was a problem. :-) I'll have occasion to do better. Thank you Svipur for the puzzle.

Now, because I discovered the beautiful Efterklang by chancing upon them playing live with Northern Sinfonia, and because I witnessed Christopher Bowers-Broadbent play Pärt's 'My heart's in the highlands' just a few days after that, I thought I'd share the copious Albic cascades with you lovely people. All giveaways end on 21 November.
Pick yer poison:
Out into the blue.
Down into the pyramid.
Squatting under an umbrella.
Hints
Rocky antidote, Q3: You're looking for a C64 game. Part of the said character's name is mentioned in one of the names of those rooms (which is why it's a good idea to actually get there).
Rainy antidote, Q3: You're looking for a game which spawned a sequel with a bug in its attic.
