Just offering my opinion but I use Proton VPN on my phone when I'm on public WiFi, I find it suits my needs for now. The free version only has 3 server locations (US, Netherlands and Japan) but there's no data cap so it balances out somewhat. Haven't tried the desktop version but it shouldn't be too different, been using for about 15 months and never had any issues.

it gives me all sorts of errors: Page Not Found one, Internal Server problem, Try again later etc. End there're no switch to link Steam on the page either when it's indeed loading "properly".
I've already send a massage to their support about it so I'll wait a day or so.

+1, although I already have the game as soon as I saw bandai I knew I didn't qualify, This isn't the first time they do this, pretty sure that's just how their program will go, so I don't trust bandai games. Overpriced games with bad discounts after many years, and US(maybe NA?) excluded from their giveaways. Might as well region block US to their store from steam and I wouldn't miss anything.
