Couple of things to watch out for here. If you own CS:GO free remove the license before buying this or you won't receive the full version. Ever since Valve introduced these bundles there have been items in that pack that aren't recognised as own that you then get charged again for.

These are games that everyone should simply own.
I really wish that Value would stop being such a boring, money-collecting service company and get back to making games...either that, or at least sell the rights to the IP for Half Life and Portal to a legit dev shop that can pick them up and continue to develop the story lines. These are some of the best games ever made, and it's sad to see GabeN's practicality of "selling games makes more money than making them" squash two of the greatest franchises ever. It's boring and selfish and tells me that he's completely forgotten why he started doing this in the first place.

Half Life Source isn't worth if you have the original (it's worse than original because of bugs) and Black Mesa is reimagination, it follows the original very closelly but it isn't exactly the same, it's more modern. Black Mesa (it's missing Xen) is releasing in Q2 2019, but it's still worth to play imo.
