Quick question. I know it's sound stupid. Btw how to send key to the winner 's giveaway won page?

Or you can add the winner on Steam and deliver the key in chat. Or use the email address on the winner page to send it in email. Worst case, you may look them up on facebook/vKontakte, go to their home and add it personally to their Steam account on their computer.

Only if you input the key, save it, and hit the Send button.

you have to click on the send button after the giveaway...
at this point you can still enter/check/change the key before sending

You can just put it the game as gift and add the key after the winner is selected
