Not as far as I can tell. In fact, it doesn't even say whether the two games I gave away have been redeemed - the gift link is still there.

I Gifted 2 games to a friend, who promptly redeemed them. I got no notification at all, the status even still says "give this >link< to your friend" and the link leads to the same unaltered name/mail redeem form ¯\(º_o)/¯

Insert your another email adress there and you get link to actual page that shows account it was redeemed to if that's what you want :P
