Looks... fancy.
Just don't call it "pizza"
Every time you do that, or you put an ananas on a pizza, or when you use ketchup to make a pizza... an Italian dies.

I've seen worse. And by that I mean a hotdog stuffed crust & sauerkraut topping.

It was sold as such though. It looked only slightly worse than the shawarma 'pizza' (everything you'd stuff in a pita bread, instead served on a pizza disk)

Looks alright, you get a small bit of pizza and a small bit of hot dog. No different to serving up mini hot dogs and mini pizzas with someone helping themselves to one of each.

I don't like fast food but I don't see why this is that bad. Pretty creative if you ask me!

Those have been out for a while and Pizza Hut originally tested them in Japan in 2006. Domino's Pizza in the U.K. was the next to market them. We here in the good 'ol U.S. of A. are just now getting them via Pizza Hut so this heart attack in the making is not a product of us. Unfortunately though we must take the blame for these gut bombs...

I don't like hotdogs plain, why would I want them in a pizza?

This is old news for me. I'll made my own Home made Breed pizza with chopped hot dogs into bite Size Pieces :D

I'm italian and I would welcome that... it seems way better than many "regular" pizza toppings I have seen in american tv series...
I see people talking about obesity, but I don't think I will become fat because I eat one of those once in a while...

Well, I could it eat, once a couple of months, 3 slices wouldn't kill you. However some people might eat it weekly or worst, and half or more of the pizza... and that's clearly unhealthy.

That's old. A german franchise pizza place serves "Crazy Dog", but it's decent considering the topping. Just Hot Dog pieces instead of salami. Nothing as crazy as the name of the dish suggests.
Edit: Just watched the commercial and hell, that's nothing bad. Imagine sharing the pizza with some friends. The hot dig bites would be the side dish in this case and why not eat it yourself? It's comfort food. Of course when someone is obese and binge-eats pizza that's a whole different situation. It's about what they serve but how much we eat of it.

Hot dog crust isn't the worst thing that could happen to pizza. It doesn't look too appetizing to me, but I'm sure someone enjoys it. For some really bad pizzas look at some of these (ignore #1): http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/07/08/pizza-toppings-worst_n_3541465.html
