Q2 is somewhat wrong, you should count years as 365.25 days to account for leap years.

it's 365.24[...]. :P

Since in fact we don't use that number and instead count years as having 365 days, adding a day every once in a while, there are 3 possibilities, with:

  • 1 leap year in a decade: 1893 - 1902 (1896)
  • 2 leap years in a decade: 1993 - 2002 (1996, 2000)
  • 3 leap years in a decade: 1995-2004 (1996, 2000, 2004)
