Need your suggestion

Both are good games in they own way. They may look similar cause of the camera/control style and the fact that both are considered "horror" but they are quite different.
I prefer Alan Wake, its story is what got me into it.
I just barelly played Dead Space(I haven't even touched it on steam), I'll probably give it a go now that I have the whole trilogy.

I tried DS on Origin but couldn't get my head around the controls so I think that'll be something I have to play on PS3...What I've played of Alan Wake though is really good...

Loved both, although Dead space will have more action in it. Alan Wake has a great story and is recommended. So my recommendation would be play both!

alan wake is more story based, its a great story and i really enjoyed playing it, and i would recommend it to everyone

Depends. Dead Space imo is a survival horror game, that reminded me a lot of Resident Evil and the good old 90s videogames. So I would definitely go with Dead Space. You don't see such games nowadays.

I finished DS2 on xbox and it was great, I am more curious about Alan Wake!

Also I'm not sure but I think that after EA had their fallout with Valve they stopped patching the games they sell on Steam so people chose to play them on Origin. At least I'm sure that the DLC is only sold through Origin since Steam would have claimed around 30% of all sells and EA are a mega corporation who wouldn't have none of that...

TL;DR Dead Space may have the latest patch on Origin only... so Alan Wake

Both games are very good. Both have interesting Story and enjoyable gameplay with Very good Horror elements and very good level design . It`s really hard for me to say which one is better becauase IMO both games are in same range !

I suggest to play both games !. :)

PS : I do not Vote because i cant choose one of them as the better option ! ^^
