Straight to the point.
I run a special private giveaways group. No, it's not special in the way Ralph Wiggum is, it's special because it's one of those few groups where there's only one rule: LEECH AS MUCH AS YOU CAN!
There is no giveaways ratio and you don't need to do anything else than entering giveaways.
Do you want to join this group? You'll have to meet these requirements:
Steam Level: Over 15.
SteamGifts CV: Over 80 $.
Games owned: Over 80 games.
Being able to split 4packs. How do I know if I'm able to do so? Check at the end of this post.
How to apply?
Copy and paste this code. Fill it with your information.

How do I know if I'm able to split 4packs?
You must have done at least one of these from 1 to 12 months ago:
This means that redeeming CD Keys, activating gifts that you traded for or you bought and kept in your inventory or redeeming gift URLs don't count.
Where can you check it? Go to Steam's main window. On the upper right corner, click on "XXXX's account" > Account details > Store Transactions. Check the Recent Steam Store Transactions for Your Account box. Find any transaction that doesn't show up as FREE and that happened from 1 to 12 months ago.
That's it.
If I'm not sure about if you can split 4packs you might be asked for a screenshot.
