That's what I thought originally, too. And since that game is only $5 was ready to buy it. But for an overpriced remake of a game I have to pass. Shame though. Looks fun

Saw a trailer for this game for the Switch awhile back and didn't realize it had also come out for Steam. Not a fan of the 30 dollar price tag but it is very tempting with how fun this game looks. So I can't use the DLC but this post did show me a game to add to my wishlist so thank you for that.

That's a really expensive price for a simple remake of the Oregon Trail game.
I wonder if you can keep addons if you buy the main game, add the free dlc and then refund the main game.
We will probably see this game in a bundle someday.

Either way, The Oregon Trail looks good enough, even if it's not in my wishlist "for years", but one free DLC is not tempting enough to buy the game for it's full price.
