I'm afraid your problem is hardware related, if you're "lucky" maybe you need to re-solder the GPU chips, if not, you'll need to replace components and that may be difficult (depending on component availability) and costly. If I come up with any idea I'll let you know.

Games crashing on startup isn't the typical sign of faulty GPU hardware. Faulty GPU hardware typically manifests in visual artifacts and games locking up. Crashes on startup would point to a software issue. The screenshots seem to indicate that Windows isn't seeing your Nvidia GPU, or having a driver issue. The iGPU may be disabled in the BIOS.
You said you did a clean install of Windows? Is it possible that you forgot to install some chipset drivers, or something similar? I would take a look through the driver page for your laptop and try to download and install every Chipset / System / Video Card driver you can find. USB and Audio not working are another sign that you're missing laptop specific drivers.
I would also take a look at the BIOS to see if there's a way to enable the iGPU, because it seems to be disabled currently.

There is a yellow exclamation mark on Nvidia GT 755m. When you right click on it and choose properties, do you see any error codes?

The only thing you can do is disable the switchable graphics in BIOS if there is an option for that and use the one in the CPU package. The laptop should work with Microsoft basic display driver as well, but no gaming on that. As far as repair goes, you can always go for re-ball on the GPU, but this usually doesn't last long (6 months to 2 years max in my experience), depending on the person performing it and how much damaged it is. So yeah, unfortunately your best bet is a new laptop.

Hey! About half a year ago I played some NFS: MW2 and probably fried my internal GPU. The CPU I have is i5-4200U. My Nvidia GT 755m SLI seemed to be a bit broken but functional. I decided to reinstall Windows in order to fix the issue and after that they didn't turn on. Most of the laptop was dead (USB ports didn't work, no sound, only able to boot in safe mode etc.) but after some messing and installation of drivers I got it to work. After that I gave up as I didn't have any time to deal with it. I'm not really able to play any games as they crash on startup. The only exceptions are Oldschool Runescape and games to run on DOSbox. I've tried installing newer and older versions of drivers for both the iGPU and the Nvidia GPUs. Both .exe and .zip formats, no luck. But the withdrawal symptoms of not being able play games are starting to creep up on me so I would like to know if there's still some hope or if the iGPU (Or even the whole MOBO) is totally fried.
Here are some pictures of the issue that might be useful.
Thanks for your time and have a nice day :)
Haven't been here for years so hi to anyone that remembers me :)
