[STEAM] Incremental Epic Hero (Can add free all DLC) - SG discussion
I don't know exactly why the DLCs are currently free (and added automatically when adding the game) despite them having a price in the store, like it's said in the above discussion.
Edit : Seems like it has been fixed now and I no longer own the DLCs.

Adding Artifact through the ASF command works but doesn't count towards account games count.
Using the Store page however does add +1 to the account games count. Also, adding the Artifact Foundry before Artifact Classic does add +1 too, so a +2 total.

FreeOnDemand games don't increase your profile counter, don't drop cards and they can be removed from the licenses page. NoCost games are just the opposite, except for cards with the latest Steam changes.
