The game "Just One Line" has cards but i can't seem to get them. Can anyone tell me why that is?

'Free on Demand' games from Steam don't grant card drops.
'NoCost' normally don't either, but sometimes Valve forgets to disable them (Life is Strange 2 ep1 dropped cards for about its first hour)
Activating a key for a free game (e.g. Humble giveaway) does grant card drops and also +1 to game count if game isn't profile limited.

FreeOnDemand games don't increase your profile counter, don't drop cards and they can be removed from the licenses page. NoCost games are just the opposite, except for cards with the latest Steam changes.
