Yesterday I stayed at home and packed so that I could move. It was hot in my house and I got sweaty. When It was getting close to dinnertime I made chili and that did not help the heat. However, the good news is that I got most of my packing done and the chili was pretty good.

Once i had a dog and the dog barked so i pet the dog so the dog was really happy.

And where will fate send death to me?
In battle, in my travels, or on the seas?
Or will the neighbouring valley
Receive my chilled ashes?

And although to the senseless body
It is indifferent wherever it rots,
Yet close to my beloved countryside
I still would prefer to rest.

My work colleague and good friend is now in hospital waiting to die of cancer. He is so weak he is unable to get out of bed and is not in a hospice because there are no rooms left.
