I've aleredy re installed it and the same problem :/

I honestly don't care ;)

as for your problem:

  1. Logout of steam if you can, Settings > Logout (if not just skip this step)
  2. Close Steam
  3. Delete Clientregistry.blob in your Steam folder
  4. Start Steam and login again

Btw: If you contact support, the first thing they will tell you is to backup your Steam folder, delete everything except Steam.exe and the steamapps folder and run Steam.exe
So if you're planing to contact support, you can also do this yourself, if my first suggestion does not work.

FIXED :
Completely exit from the Steam client.
Go to C:\Program Files\Steam (or the Steam directory that was specified during installation).
Locate ClientRegistry.blob and rename this file to ClientRegistryOld.blob.
Restart Steam to allow the file to be recreated.
Test the issue once more.
