I dont understand! how does xp help us in buying games from steam?

I gave a try to Only If, and spent 2 hours of my life saying "wut?" constantly. It's quite remarkable the fact that not even the protagonist seems to understand what is going on.
Interesting game if you like enviromental puzzles(if you can work thru unnecesary QTEs and collision bugs), go give it a try.

Do have to fully install and/or launch the games? Once I hit cancel, they are removed from my games list.
