Says they are available Monday - Sunday 8am to 7pm JKT (except public holidays)

There are methods to contact them, just have to look a bit, for me it's dutch and yours might be different.

I found a chatbot, i found a way to click through a bunch of pictures of what the problem might be, then you select account, and from there on you eventually come to a telephone number.

But it's sunday, so they are closed till tommorow anyway.
