Just the average Bethesda fanboy. Half of the Fallout 4 forum is made up of similar posts from similar people. And he seems to be among the less extreme ones, because the actually extreme ones were banned from said forum. You'll eventually get used to them, like how people got used to the slightly (1-2 years) younger CoD kid legions and their broken grammar rants.
