i was looking at the Godly bundle ,i had one of the games already(The Howler) so clicked to buy the other 3 at 39p.
i then changed my mind and closed my cart with the bundle still in the cart.
i then went back to the bundle page and it's now 91% off ,meaning 27p.
is this just coincidence that it dropped from 85% to 91% off ?
Or a last ditch attempt to get u to buy it a bit cheaper ?

DH rapidly push out games that are either simple asset flips or reskins of one of the games they've already released and price them at $1-2 then give them away in massive quantities, basically relying on their cut of card sales for income/profit. I own all but three of their games and haven't paid for a single one.

But you can use sites like http://steam.madjoki.com/bundles or https://steamdb.info/bundles/ to find the bundles with the highest discount.

There is 1 main difference between bundles and packs:
-Bundles will give you a discount if you already own some of the games and the discount varies depending on the amount of games you own.
-Packs have the same price all the time even if you already own a few of the items in this pack.
So lets say you own 4/5 games in a bundle. Then you will often get a huge discount like 85% or 90%.

If it's 90% or more, I would go ahead. Less than that, you might wait. The summer and winter sales will never be as good as they used to be, so waiting around for them is no longer that critical.
