Upon trying to purchase it, it kept adding Beep and bumping my price for 15 cents, and then throwing msg that I will not get additional copy for it further on cart screen -.-

So if we remove the game from our libraries we could buy the bundle? For an extra 15 cents I might be willing to repurchase BEEP if it includes the soundtrack... I'm only missing Airscape, and purchasing any other bundle option increases the price to 0,30€ / 0,35€ anyway, so...

Let's say there's 3 games available from it , and I buy 1-2 from somewhere else. Does the discount stay at 97% for the overall bundle or does it change?

Alright I think I got it. Basically always calculate the current game price with the original bundle discount.
Calucating here and there I found if you're missing Rollling Sun, Airscape and Particle Mace, there's a theoratical way to get them cheaper than the most discounted bundle for them atm . All 3 in that bundle = 0.75€
But if you buy Rollling Sun + Airscape and Particle Mace from this bundle
the total cost should theoratically be 0.67€. (0.37€. + 0.3€.)
Edit: bought Rollling Sun + Airscape .
Looking at Particle Mace's page
for some weird reason both http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/804/ and http://store.steampowered.com/bundle/364/ show its prices at 0.30€.
(only one should've had that price) but otherwise, this concludes that all 3 can be bought for 0.67€..
Sometimes Complete the Bundles aren't the cheapest method.

2) then buy Particle Mace from whichever Complete the Set bundle gives you the cheapest option.
If it's for other games you'll have to consider them on an individual basis. I listed them on a spreadsheet and took some variables, calculated e.g if I don't get game A from X bundle but from Y bundle, and got games B+C from X bundle, would it be cheaper overall?
Or if I get games A+C from the same bundle but B from a different bundle etc etc

I bought Pilgrim Adventures Complete and The Big One bundle after consulting your list -- 27 games for a little less than $5. Most of them are RPG games, that use the "RPG Maker" engine....Atonement: Scourge of Time is one of my all-time favourites and I wanted more games similar to it
