Lisa is RPG maker?
I think Grey Fox is a pretty nifty little game for a sale price.
Richard and Alice Is supposed to be pretty good

LISA, To The Moon, A Bird Story, The Albino Hunter.
Disclaimer for The Albino Hunter : It's more of a "having fun" RPG Maker with dialogue, references, etc. being the main push for it but it does have actual fighting mechanics in it. IIRC, it was made as a fan-fiction-esque game from... Something. I forget what exactly. It has a lot of different ways to end the game and the game itself just has an enjoyable vibe to it.
EDIT: Also, Eternal Senia, which is free, is pretty unique but also pretty short. It also has an ending that is effectively "corrupted and mind taken over" which absolutely freaks me out as a theme but it had an effective way of doing it.

The ones I immediately think of are: Eternal Senia(free), Machina of the Planet Tree -Planet Ruler-(well-designed) and Last Dream(classic JRPG inspired).
There are a ton out there on Steam and even more that aren't... even though most of them usually disappoint, there's always going to be potential with RPG Maker and that's what keeps me watching their releases on Steam.

Last Word is great and very original. Both Cherry Tree High games are fun if you're into anime comedy ( though they don't look like RM games, they technically are). A Bird Story is OK, though not as good as To the Moon. Skyborn and Remnants of Isolation have interesting mechanics, but are otherwise pretty generic. You already have the rest of what I would have suggested.

If you haven't played OFF yet, play OFF. (It's free.) Even the Suits devs openly admit that Suits is an OFF ripoff.
But I haven't played Suits.

The closest thing to OFF I can think of is Space Funeral, which is also free.
If you haven't already played them, LISA has a free non-Steam prequel (LISA The First) and a DLC epilogue/sequel that are both pretty good.

Samsa and the Knights of Light, World's Dawn. There're many other titles but I can't recall right now.

I'll always recommend Eternal Senia. It's free and it's great.
I wrote a review about the game, hopefully it convinces you as much as it seems to have convinced other viewers. :P

World's Dawn - if you like Harvest Moon
Suits: A Business RPG - really inspired by a free RPG maker game called OFF
Skyborn - very well made jrpg style game
Agapan - story driven narrative
199X - another story driven narrative
A Bird's Story - quasi sequel of To the Moon. Its more to set up the actual sequel thats in development
These are free RPG maker horror-themed games if you're into that. None of them are on steam except Close Your Eyes
Close Your Eyes
Ib
Yume Nikki
The Witch's House
The Crooked Man
Space Funeral - a bit of a weird one...

Cubicle Quest. Did not like it at the start, but it grew onto me at the end.
Otherwise, 199X (for story), Skyborn (RPGmaker game that felt well fleshed out)

I know a lot of people hate RPG maker games but I'm trying to find a list of some good ones on Steam. So far I have To The Moon, Always Sometimes Monsters, and Lisa. Any other recommendations?
