any games like Imperial Glory?

Have you ever tried Empire: Total War or Napoleon: Total War? If you haven't, they're both better, but still have plenty of bugs and glitches left unpatched by Creative Assembly, the developers. However there are plenty of great mods to try.

One of the biggest flaws of Imperial Glory, in my opinion, is the lack of morale impact, which is relatively well-applied in Total War games. You also cannot disengage a melee combat in Imperial Glory once your unit engaged, and that's unrealistic, but you can in TW games.
