Prince of Persia (2008)
It's baffling that this is a Prince of Persia title, its not a bad game, it just does the opposite of what made POP and then later, Assassins Creed unique.
This one stands the test of time simply because the only intentions where to build a beautiful world with a simple story and thats about all there is.
POP games had a few glitches and unresponsive controls, and both assassins creed and POP have an awful combat system.
These games didnt age well but offered more to the player when they came out. This one was a bit underwhelming
There are only, one on one battles and the "parkour" is nothing more than pressing the right button/key at the right time
I got no rewards for collecting all light seeds, there is stuff to unlock, im just not sure how

Day of the Tentacle Remastered.
Game's shorter than I remembered (or maybe I remembered too many of the puzzles too well...), still a classic

Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition - rare example of really good and engaging story mode in fighting game :> Sadly AI is either no challenge or so fast that almost unbeatable so besides Story Mode I find no sense in finishing battles and S.T.A.R. Labs modes, they feel more like a chores than fun. On the other hand it's great and fun to play in local multiplayer. It's not as hardcore as Tekken, SF, MK etc, it's not balanced, so not fit for a competitive gameplay, but it looks awesome, much better than most of fighters I've ever seen, so for fun with friends it's great ;)
Valkyria Chronicles - Gameplay-wise it's pure gold. I loved tactical gameplay, it was challenging but very fun, giving you opportunity to try different strategies which can all work. I also loved artstyle, music and great japanese Voice Acting. The only two things I didn't like are UI (very consoly, almost nothing shown, requires lots of clicks all the time, hides importqant information - like your unit unique stats - after 3-4 clicks for every single unit making it hard to choose right squad, manage them etc) and overall atmosphere. I do realize that, especially in anime convention, it's a common thing to add funny, silly, happy etc scenes even into serious story, but you have to know where to put them and here I feel they didn't. It's a story about war, you will see many horrible things, your friends will die, you will be sent on suicide missions, betrayed etc - and pushing a funny scenes into that sometimes really break atmosphere. Like very important character for all of you die. All are mourning. And the next scene you see two main characters laughing and flirting with each others. Or after hard challenge, being betrayed etc what do they do? Go to enjoy fasnservicy beach party. What you do after seeing a genocide in concentration camp? After short mourning let's joke around about some silly unrelated stuff. Many times it totally broke whole atmosphere for me and really pulled down story that would be very good otherwise.

Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons - I am speechless. There are two reasons I can think of a game as great, either it has great gameplay, unique mechanics, something that I will remember gameplay wise or it has to have great story. Very rarely something is great and unique in both ways. This game is. Not to mention wonderful visuals, great artstyle, awesome music. Gameplay is something unique, what I never encountered before, but I had a lot of fun with it. Story while pretty standard and straightforward at first is told in unique way (there is not a single word spoken in game, yet you know the full sotory) and then we get to this moment... Let's just say that manly tears were shed. This game is in Tier 1 in current Humble Bundle - if you have any spare pennies you should go and buy it straight away! Now excuse me as I go to cry in a corner...

Antenna - A relatively enjoyable sound-based puzzle game. If it was more fleshed and had an actual story/plot to follow it would have been more entertaining. Other than that, not much to say about it.

I don't recall seeing this thread around here and I think it's a pretty cool one. You can either recommend someone a game or advise someone not to waste one's time on it. I'll start.
Mark Of The Ninja - A very good stealth-action game. It's like Splinter Cell but in 2D. Although I admit there were times when I was a little bit bored. Overall it's a very good game. Solid 8/10.
